Building Futures: A Look Back at Internship Season
Summer has ended, and Halff is proud to reflect on an outstanding internship season.
Through the rebranded BLUEprints Internship Program, interns gained hands-on experience in the field, joined client meetings and collaborated with mentors across the firm. They contributed to real projects while discovering what it means to build a career with purpose.
Halff also created opportunities for growth and connection through the Intern Spotlight video series and office events that blended learning with fun. From painting nights and fiestas to bowling alleys and site visits, interns built friendships, explored their creativity and saw firsthand how Halff makes a difference in communities. This summer was more than an internship. It was a season of growth, collaboration and discovery, and we look forward to the bright futures of our interns.
Honoring a Legacy of Giving
HCI Giving Week 2025 was one for the books. Across Halff, employees came together to honor Dr. Albert Halff’s legacy by giving their time, talents and resources to the causes they care about most.
From pancake breakfasts and bake sales to park cleanups and food bank volunteer shifts, offices found creative ways to serve their communities. Together, employees raised more than $13,000 in donations, contributed over 1,100 volunteer hours and participated in 64 service events. HCI added more than $47,000 in contributions to extend the impact even further.
This annual tradition continues to reflect the spirit of service that defines Halff. By giving back, we not only celebrate Dr. Halff’s legacy but also strengthen the communities where we live and work.
